June Moth Breakfast

With Adrian Russell, Leicestershire County Moth Recorder

Join us for a unique 2-part event where we will be introducing you to the fascinating world of moths. On the Friday we will be providing an introductory talk about moths and then you will be given the opportunity to take a moth trap home with you to use in your garden for the night. We will then meet up the following Saturday morning for breakfast and to help you identify what you caught during the night!

Friday 8th June, 7.30 – 9pm – Introduction to Moths Talk & Leave with a moth trap

Saturday 9th June, 8.30-10am – Breakfast moth identification session with your catches

This event is free but breakfast is not included. Capacity is limited so booking is required. To book or for more information, please contact blacktogreen@nationalforest.org or call 01283 551211.

The event is aimed at residents within the Heart of the Forest. If you live outside the area a small number of places are available to attend but moth traps will not be available to borrow on this occasion.
