Moira Furnace – the Unique Survivor
Join Steve Scotney, Moira Furnace Trustee and member of Heart of the Forest Heritage, for a history of the furnace as a product of its time. Covering it’s failure as an iron furnace and its consequent unlikely survival, through to today – a survivor of regeneration and a symbol of current concerns around landscape, environment, heritage and sustainability.
