Moths & the Landscape
Adrian Russell is the County Recorder for Moths and will provide an insight into the mysterious world of these often overlooked insects. Covering an introduction to moths and their behaviour, the talk will also look at species of local interest and how some species have evolved within a landscape such as the peppered moth. Adrian will discuss what changes can be expected within the Black to Green project area over the coming years and how everyone can help monitor these changes.
These talks are FREE to attend but capacity is limited. Reserve your place by contacting blacktogreen@nationalforest.org or 01283 551211.
