Willesley Park & Woodland Walk – From Aristocracy to Sport
Visit the site of Thortit Pit, discover the history of the parish of Willesley and wander through the woodland of Hicks Lodge. This walk is led by Dot Morson as part of the Black to Green Summer Walks programme.
Please wear walking boots or walking shoes. Remember to bring any medication you may need, along with a drink & a snack. No dogs allowed.

Distance β 4ΒΌ miles, No stiles
Terrain β surfaced tracks, woodland rides & field paths.
A refreshment opportunity is provided at Hicks Lodge.
