Heart of the Forest Wildlife Recorders Group
The Heart of the Forest Wildlife Recorders group is a newly formed group of local nature enthusiasts that regularly meet to survey over 70 sites within the area. Meeting on the 2nd Thursday of the month between February to November, the group identifies and records all of the species they encounter during their visits, ensuring that landowners are then able to manage their sites for the benefit of wildlife. The group is supported by experts from a wide range of specialisms throughout the year.
For further information about the monthly field trips check the events page between February to November.
